Housing:
  • Made of 2.5mm Electro-Galvanized sheet steel
  • 2 compartments with single leaf door each
  • 3x concealed hinges with > 180˚ opening each
  • 2x dedicated camlock system on top and bottom corners of each door leaf
  • 3mm thk. Padlock Cover with > 12mm padlock hole
  • IP33 in accordance with IEC 60529
  • Back plate riveted with S/S 304 monobolt
  • Accomodate frame earthing socket, P1 and P2 incoming and outgoing identification labels and S1 and S2 for CT labels included

Busbar:
  • High Conductivity copper e.g. ISO Cu-ETP (ASTM C11000) or ISO Cu-FRHC (ASTM C11020)
  • Phases identified with phase colour code, RED, YELLOW and BLUE
  • R, Y, B busbar - 400A Tin plated copper 40x6mm
  • N busbar - 400A Tin plated copper 40x6mm
  • Neutral and Earth Bar mounted using deadbolt, Loctite applied
  • Earthing bar - Tin plated copper 30x6mm

Meter Compartment:

  • LVCT operated Main and Check Meter supplied by TNB
  • Equipped with 1x Test Terminal Block and 6x Fuse Base Carrier with HRC Fuse 2A


Cable & Termination:

  • Wooden cable clamp suitable for 4C 185mmp XLPE x 2 or 4C 300mmp XLPE x 1
  • Phase-to-phase clearance > 25mm; Phase-to-earth clearance > 19mm maintained
  • Cable lugs supplied by TNB. However, sets of high tensile zinc plated mild steel bolts, nuts and washers (1 spring & 1 flat) of size M12 will be provided for each incoming and outgoing termination


Finishing:

  • Painted army green RAL 6013, with Tenaga Nasional Berhad, TNB Logo and Danger painted on Metering Kiosk door
  • Side and Back Panel equipped with louvers for optimum ventilation
